- A confirmation voucher will be made available via email within 24-48 hours of successful booking for visa purposes.
- Final vouchers will be issued 7 days prior to travel dates.
- In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel / schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged ( surcharges might be applicable ) and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
refund
- Sightseeing Closure Due to COVID-19: If any paid activity is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will process a refund, which should reach you within 30 days. However, for any complimentary activities that aren’t charged to #Traveller or the guest, no refund will be provided.
- If your package needs to be canceled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or other similar situations, #Traveller will do its best to offer you the maximum refund possible, based on agreements with our partners and vendors.
- If you test positive for COVID-19, we’ll offer you the option to reschedule for a later date. Please note that surcharges may apply depending on the season. Kindly provide your test reports/documents for verification.
- If there’s a travel ban affecting Indians to any country included in your itinerary, we’ll offer an itinerary change or, if possible, a reschedule to a later date. Seasonal surcharges might apply.
cancellation
- If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your travel date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost will apply.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
- In case of unexpected weather conditions, union disputes, government restrictions, or any other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, we’ll offer alternative options that are feasible, but unfortunately, a cash refund won't be available.
