Our cancellation policy complies with Indian consumer protection guidelines and tourism regulations.

Important Notice

This policy is in accordance with the Guidelines for Tourism Industry issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Refund Structure

100% Refund

  • Cancellation 30 or more days before departure
  • Service unavailability from our end
  • Government travel restrictions

75% Refund

  • Cancellation 20-29 days before departure

50% Refund

  • Cancellation 10-19 days before departure

No Refund

  • Cancellation less than 10 days before departure
  • No-show on departure date
  • Incomplete or invalid travel documents

2. Special Considerations

Full Refund Cases

  • Natural calamities/disasters
  • Medical emergencies (with hospital documentation)
  • Visa rejection (with proper documentation)
  • Death in immediate family
  • Military deployment
  • Service cancellation from our end

Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa processing fees
  • Travel insurance premium
  • Vaccination/medical test charges
  • Bank transaction charges
  • Any third-party charges

3. GST and Taxation

  • GST charged will be refunded as per the refund percentage
  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be refunded in full
  • Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable
  • International transaction charges are subject to bank policies

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Domestic Bookings

  • Processing time: 5-7 working days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • UPI/Net Banking: 2-3 working days
  • Credit Card: 7-10 working days

International Bookings

  • Processing time: 10-15 working days
  • Subject to international banking procedures
  • Exchange rate as per bank's prevailing rate

5. How to Cancel

  2. Visit My Bookings section
  3. Select booking to cancel
  4. Upload supporting documents (if any)
  5. Submit cancellation request
